THE CONSTITUTION IN CRISIS
Or, its full name: The Constitution in Crisis; The Downing Street Minutes and Deception, Manipulation, Torture, Retribution, and Coverups in the Iraq War, and Illegal Domestic Surveillance.

What is it?  The Final Investigative Report of the House Judiciary Committee Democratic Staff.

Basically a full report, looking at the Bush Administration's repeated violation of dozens of laws. Kind of like an attempt at oversight, or a small example of those "checks and balances" teachers used to go on about in Social Studies classes. Or, if you will, an attempt to hold the President of Personal Accountability accountable for something.

Why you haven't heard about it?

Regardless, this is a well-documented, thoroughly-researched report from congressional Democrats about the Bush administration possibly violating over two dozen federal laws and regulations — some of them multiple times. And yet, nothing in the AP; nothing in any of the major dailies; nothing on ABC, CBS, or NBC. Not one word.
