Random Factoid: Hey Republican Party, Why So White?
Today's Republican Party slogan may as well be: "Minorities need not apply."
Actually, it would make more sense than their real new one (which they swiped from an antidepressant), "The Change You Deserve." (Coming from the Republicans, this slogan is funny on numerous levels - ideologically, conservatives don't believe in change. It's what makes them conservative, or anti-progressive. - and it also kind of sounds like a "fuck you" to the American people at the same time).
Anyway, sure the Republicans have a big tent. Uh-huh.
"Just a few years after the Republican Party launched a highly publicized diversity effort, the GOP is heading into the 2008 election without a single minority candidate with a plausible chance of winning a campaign for the House, the Senate or governor.”
Watch the campaign Repubs run against Obama this year. Their behavior will clearly illustrate just how not racist they are.
"The change you deserve": none.

Nice comment OM.
The GOP shouldn't change a thing about their slogan, seriously, if we as Americans are dumb enough to keep voting for them, then we deserve to keep getting screwed, and we absolutely deserve to get the change we'll recieve with a republican adminitration, which of course, will be none.
It's a perfect slogan for them, it's decietful, and yet, not really a lie.
