So, back in 2007, even though it had no presence in North Baltimore, Wal-Mart had already established a financial relationship with GHCC.
In its newsletter, GRIA - the Greater Remington Improvement Association - calls The Greater Homewood Community Corporation "a partner".
GRIA has, to date, not taken a formal position in opposition to the proposed "25th Street Station" development that includes Wal-Mart and Lowes.
