"The number of recipients rose by 14.7 million people under George Bush. Under Obama the increase so far has been 14.2 million, and the trend is going down. The number of people getting food stamps declined last October by almost 45,000 people. Now of course, President Obama had to deal with the impact of the recession which hit in 2008 after the financial crisis, but the bottom line is Newt Gingrich - you're wrong."
