Today is First Fridays in Hampden. And a lot of businesses like Doubledutch Boutique, In The Details, Art House all have special events/sales/treats planned. It's also Celebrated Summer Record's 6th anniversary.
The celebration gets underway with a massive $1 7-inch sale/happy hour. CSR has about ten boxes of singles which will all be marked down to one dollar! There will also be 5 dollar CDs, donuts and root beer! Atomic Books will be helping out by serving adult beverages.
Then the CSR 6th Anniversary continues at 10:30 at the Golden West Cafe when Scum Again, Merchandise, White Wires, Nightbirds and Giuda play (tickets $12).
The Shank is especially excited to catch both White Wires AND Giuda the same night at the same venue!
